With 8 years of experience in floriculture and nursery management and 2 years of professional experience in finance, he brings both practical field knowledge and strategic planning skills to the organisation.

His expertise includes plant cultivation, greenhouse management, ornamental plant production, and sustainable nursery operations. Through years of hands-on experience, he has developed a deep understanding of plant care, propagation techniques, environmental management, and efficient nursery practices, ensuring the healthy growth and maintenance of a wide variety of plant species.

Avijit Bag is a Tissue Culture and Research & Development Expert and an In-house Faculty at TiCi Nature Academy with over 15 years of experience in teaching and extensive expertise in plant biotechnology and applied research. His academic background, combined with years of practical experience, enables him to bridge scientific concepts with real-world applications in plant tissue culture and aquatic ecosystem development.

With more than 4 years of hands-on experience in tissue culture media production and aquatic fertilizer formulation, he has played a significant role in developing efficient propagation techniques and nutrient solutions that support healthy plant growth and sustainable aquatic ecosystems. His work in research and development focuses on improving cultivation practices, optimizing growth media, and advancing innovative products for the aquarium and horticulture industries.

Early in his career, he completed a 6-month teaching internship at a high school, laying the foundation for his passion for education and knowledge sharing. Known for creative compositions and technical precision, he brings a deep understanding of aquatic ecosystems to every project from nano tanks to large-scale aquascapes.

Rima Jana is a Microbiologist, Training Associate, and In-house Faculty at TiCi Nature Academy with a strong academic foundation and a passion for science education. She holds a B.Ed. in Life Science from Scottish Church College and an M.Sc. in Applied Microbiology from Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), combining scientific expertise with effective teaching methodologies.

Before joining TiCi NatureLab, she gained valuable teaching experience at The Scottish Church Collegiate School, where she developed a learner-centric approach to science education.
